Using CRESOMALL means entering into a shared understanding — not just clicking “I Agree”. This page outlines what we each promise, expect, and uphold.

You Keep Your Account Accurate

You confirm you’ve reached the legal age of majority in your country, state, or province — or that you’re supervising minors using this storefront under your direct responsibility.

You maintain up-to-date contact details, payment methods, and shipping information in your account. You update these promptly when changes occur.

You use the platform lawfully: no fraud, deception, malware, or violation of intellectual property rights. You comply with all applicable local laws where you reside or operate.

You Cover Legal Exposure From Your Actions

If your conduct triggers a third-party claim — whether for breaching these Terms, violating another’s rights, or breaking local statutes — you cover all resulting liability, including reasonable attorney fees.

You accept full responsibility for any content you post, review, or submit — including accuracy, legality, and non-infringement. You do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

You understand that submitting feedback, suggestions, or contest entries grants us unrestricted rights to use, adapt, translate, and publish those materials — without compensation or confidentiality obligations.

You Decide What to Trust

You rely on product descriptions, images, and pricing at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, completeness, or perfect visual fidelity across devices.

You acknowledge that third-party tools or external websites linked from our platform operate independently. We assume no responsibility for their content, performance, or terms. Direct questions or claims about those services to the respective provider.

We Maintain Platform Integrity

We host and operate CRESOMALL as a digital storefront. We deliver services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted access, security, speed, or error-free performance.

We adjust pricing, promotions, product availability, and digital features at any time — without advance notice. We may pause, modify, or discontinue services or catalog items entirely. No liability arises from those operational decisions.

We correct factual errors — like pricing mismatches or stock inaccuracies — when identified. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such discrepancies, even after checkout.

We Enforce Core Standards Consistently

We audit, edit, or remove user content we identify as illegal, deeply offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, or infringing intellectual property rights — though we bear no absolute obligation to monitor all submissions.

We may terminate your access instantly if you fail to meet core standards set out in these Terms. No warning is required in such cases.

We decline or cancel orders that suggest unauthorized resale, bulk purchasing, or non-consumer use — based on patterns like repeated billing/shipping addresses, shared cards, or account behavior.

We Limit Liability Where Law Permits

Our brand, directors, employees, contractors, logistics partners, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for personal injury, loss of capital, data loss, missed profits, diminished revenue, or replacement expenses arising from your use of our site or purchases made through it — whether under contract, tort (including negligence), or strict liability.

Where local law prohibits limiting liability for consequential or incidental damages, our responsibility is capped at the maximum level allowed.

Where Responsibilities Overlap

You and we both recognize that these Terms — together with published store policies — form the complete agreement between us. They replace all prior discussions, drafts, or verbal commitments, whether written or unwritten.

If any clause is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is removed without affecting the rest. The remaining terms stay fully valid and binding.

Ambiguity in wording is not interpreted against CRESOMALL solely because it drafted these Terms.

When Things Change or End

You may end your relationship with CRESOMALL anytime — by emailing support or stopping all platform use.

We may end it immediately if you breach a core standard. Either way, obligations that accrued before termination (like unpaid balances) survive.

Changes to these Terms take effect when posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

How Disputes Are Handled

These Terms, and any related agreements, are governed by and interpreted under UK law — regardless of your location.

Tax and duty assessments fall outside our control: final import duties or regional consumption taxes (0% to 30%) are determined solely by your local border authorities or import agencies. All listed prices exclude such charges.
